Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. We accept payments through trusted third-party processors such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. These processors handle your payment information securely.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage (typically 3–5 business days).
Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping and free-shipping thresholds are listed on our Shipping & FAQ's page.

Once orders are shipped, transit delays caused by USPS are outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the situation at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Production times may vary depending on materials and complexity. Communication during the design process is essential to ensure satisfaction.

All designs, photographs, branding, text, and digital content are the exclusive property of Elysian Charm. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes.

Jewelry Care & Disclaimer

Metal components such as gold plated, gold filled, and sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time. Tarnishing is normal and not considered a defect.

We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper care
Exposure to water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, or chemicals
Breakage due to rough handling
Allergic reactions to metals or materials
